Take this medicine with or without meals.
Take immediately after opening tablet blister.
Contact prescriber if there is chest pain, palpitations (awareness of cardiac muscle contraction), sleepiness, seizures (uncontrolled electrical activity in brain with alteration of consciousness), fast heartbeat, difficulty in breathing, or worsening of the condition.
Do not take other depressants and sleep-inducing medications without consulting your doctor.
This medicine is used in symptomatic treatment of perennial rhinitis (chronic inflammation of nose), seasoned allergic rhinitis, and idiopathic chronic urticaria (skin rashes of unknown cause).
Patients using this medicine may experience anxiety (feeling of uneasiness), and somnolence (excessively sleepy). Rarely, this medicine may also cause fatigue, nausea, and headache.
This medicine is contraindicated in pregnant females.
